Complaint marked as Resolved The complain is regarding IN DIGITAL CABLE provider in Borivali (West) Mumbai, Maharashtra. Here the cable operator is not allowing us to choose our own packages or al-a-carte channels as well as free to air channels of our choice.We request them to allow us to choose but they said no.We request you to take necessary actions against them and help us to get proper service. For this month they are charging us Rs.424/- . For the pack which was selected by them only not by us and
making this compulsion to all...They had stopped our service of cable whereas the last date is 31st March by the trai so till date they should give us the service as per their old service charges.

I am here attaching the list of free to air channels and bouquet list choosen by us ...and a list given by the service provider wherein they were charging 60/- more as NCF.(Rs.169/-(package charges)+ Rs.130/-(free channels)+ Rs 60/- ( NCF)+ 18%(GST)).
Please help us as soon as possible.
