My dish tv account recharged 20 march

But some chanel are not shown on my pakege

1. Discovery hd
2. Zeecenema hd
3. Zeetv hd

All redey i purched and rechage this chanel.

First i call castomer care

A boy visit and he charge 200 rs.

My 3 chanel are not working

Why he charge 200
I am not satisfiction for this. Becuse i already recharge. Why why i want caseback on my dish tv account.
