Trai — complain id with vodafone[protected]

Its been almost 3 months i am raising the complain to vodafone regarding the poor network of vodafone to my home address - vikrant, harkeshwari nagar nirmal kalamb road, tal vasai, dist palghar 401304. There was several complains however no one addressing the same. At last i have wrote mail to sunil sood then small visit arrange to my place to check he confirm me that issue will get resovled and we will visit to your place to confirm the same however the same is not happned yet and almost weeks time now.
