I am using videocon dth from several years. Today my connection is not working due to some signal issue. I have not touched the dish from the time of installation.
When i called to customer care about this, they are telling that they will charge me rs. 200/- for engineer visit.
I don't understand, if the signal is there issue why they are charging me?
