Im d2h custome(id no[protected]r from chennai(tamilnadu). I was selected some pay channels and some free channels thru d2h login page, and d2h recommanded to pay RS 288.00. I was recharged(10/3/19) same amount, but till now i cant received pay channels, i had received only free channels, then i dont make request to KTV but that channels is receiving, i already to make complaint to d2h customer care([protected]), complaint receiving excutive name Mr PRASANNA, (complaint no[protected] plz take necessory action to solve this problem
