Trai — complaint against airtel digital tv

Re. Tamil chennls. — only for tamil chennls which pack is required for retired persons like me..

I am requesting you, to take suitable action against airtel digital tv,. As they charge too much monthly instalment compare to tatasky (65. Chennels for rs.230) and this airtel digital tv is providing only less than 45..?? (For rs.258/-..??)

To my great surprise, i received sms from you on 29/11/2017, 20.18.32, ad-airdth, stating, my monthly subscription increased to rs.258/- (South super value prime...???)
I want to know that this sms has sent by you or not...???
Because, with nearly more than 60 tamil channels, tatasky is charging only rs.230/- and you may say that as per the regulation of trai,.

Also to i have contacted today, your customer care executive "12150" and received the reply of rs.243/- and validty will expired
On 4/12/2017...??
Now kindly tell me, what i have believe..??
