Trai — complaint against cable operator named tarak chakraborty of dg cable at sastri, bagan baguiati kolkata-59

I being subrata biswas of dc-23, sastribagan, baguiati, kolkata-700059 having mobile no. [protected], am lodging complaint against tarak chakraborty, cable operator of my area and the service is being provided by dg cable. Every month i am giving rs.480/- as per their dg mahapack on 1st day as an advance money but i am not getting any money receipt from them. Not also this, every month on 2nd/3rd day even after paying money 12 to 15 channels are deleted by the cable operator and this is happening since the inception of this new system. Their services are also very poor and they don't bother of any complaint/objections.
