Dear sir,
I am writing you to advise that my telecom provider is giving me hard time and emotionally hurting me on a wrong bill.
They have put up a wrong bill of inr 510 which they are not waiving off and instead barring my services which is a big inconvenience. They acknowledge the bill as wrong but still not rectifying the issue since last 3 months.
Please help me up with this as i have no way to go except you or taking their wrong invoices. Was this information helpful? |
