I have raised the complaint on 25-March-2020.
Regarding my mirror connection need to be cancelled.
I had called Videocon D2H customer care on 25-March-2020 and they asked me to send a mail to [protected]@d2h.com. They were not taking the cancel request from anyone, due to covet-19 issue.
As per them, I have started mail from my register email address to [protected]@d2h.com with all necessary details.

And I have done multiple follow-ups in same mail chain but response on that mail. In the same time I have reached d2h custormercare many time but they said that, ‘you have follow-up the custormercare mail chain. Which is affected my money, work, time, mobile charge and mental pressure.
Could you please help to resolve this issue and amount need to be restore to my primary account.
Still I am paying money for both the connection.
I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against Videocon d2h.
