I am an existing customer (Cust ID[protected] of videocon D2H since last 05 years. During the cyclone FANI in Odisha on 03/05/2019, the signal of the my D2H has been lost. After the restoration of the electricity on 16/05/2019, I have given the complaint to D2H Videocon on 17/05/2019 regarding the signal lost and also on 20/05/2019, i have given another complaint for restoration of the D2H services (COMPLAINT NO[protected] and[protected]. From 17/05/2019 to till today (09/06/2019) i had contacted to the customer care of D2H more than 20 times but none of the service engineer has been visited to rectify the fault.
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION FOR RESTORATION OF MY D2H SERVICE.
