My basic plan : 250 + gst
My one month bill during lockdown : 2200 rs. Approx
During lockdown when i call vodafone customer care and ask them details, they told me due to lockdown they are working from home so cant able to fetch details, so i requested them not to discontinue my network till lockdown over and they also said once the lockdown over you call or visit our store for details. After few days they deactivated my sim. No one was able to contact me and also i was not able to contact anyone. Internet, communication, outdoor everything stop in lockdown how i pass this time so depressing without my fault.
Vodafone should be penalised for their mistake and ruthlessness during this corona time. Was this information helpful? |
