Trai — d2h channels not coming & customer care denies any help

Address:12, bank of India colony, dgp nagar 1, Nashik, Maharashtra

1. Vediocon d2h blocked our channels and 2. even after taking new plan as per ṬRAI (platinum combo plan) adjusted our balance and reduced the validity from 05/Nov/2019 to 26/July/2019 but not a single channel is restored. It's been more than 24 hours.
3. Customer care doesn't respond mostly (both call and mail).
4. When connected, i requested to take my complaint, customer care denied again.

We are feeling harassed by d2h.
Kindly help.
