after JIO advance recharge on January, i faces a issue in this my data is exhaust without use it.
Each time when I try to use my data after 5 minute I received data exhaust msg from company.
They said you use data but it is not possible to consume 1.5 gb in such a phone which only support 480 p max video quality in just 5 minute.
Each time when I try to explain company and complaint them they clearly denied my req and said as per our sys you used the data.
Mostly each month I faces this issue and it resolved after I notify them and they assure that it will won't happen again.
But today(24 may 2019)
i try to complain to jio but they clearly denied to raise a complain.
Even they blame me that I m responsible for that.
I have both time recording when they accept their mistake and clear it and today when they blame me too
