Trai — den cable is denying the boutique I had asked for | |||
Hi, I just bought den hd cable connection 2 days back and today is the third day. As soon as the setup box was installed i gave the money and package to be enabled. After 1 days few channels got enabled and few didn't and one of the boutique named hindi-kannada hd value (A) wasn't enabled. I called up the den person and he mentioned it will be done. Today morning he says the control room said they can't enable the package and he recommended to go ahead and complaint against den. I complained against den to den customer care. I am also writing to trai to see what they can do for this kind of service. The den operator told do whatever you can we can't enable the package for you. I want to see what trai will do for my complaint. I had already paid the money 2 days and i am not getting all the channels i had paid. This is my first complaint lets see what modi govt does to this request. I am fan of modi but this will test how govt functions.
