Trai — disconnection without prior intimation
I am having your connection (Vodafone) with number [protected] in the name of balbir chand
On[protected] at 1.54 pm my connection stopped working on visiting vodafone care at sector27 chandigarh i was told that your connection has been disconnected from company for not using the mobile. While i was actively using the phone.
Why it has been done??? I have no dues pending all payment of bill s when it was postpaid was made on time even after converting to prepaid all recharges done on time.
All documentation up to date
So why would any service provider disconnect one s connection
Very unprofessional and unethical behaviour of company to do so bothering your valuable clients.
I just want to know why did you disconnect my phone?
I need the answer to this question
