Dish tv acknowledged that my choice of channels is registered with them; but it is still charging me at the old prices.
When I did not respond to their SMS declaring today as the switch off date, they stopped services to me, thus forcing me to recharge at old prices.
Please order Dish TV to provide me the channels I selected and change me only for those channels, effective 1st February 2019.
Also please ask them to furnish me my account statement for the months of January and February ( till date)
