Trai — Disturbing me by calling and sending SMS

I am virendra pgs from goa
I am getting unwanted sms from a company called portea (Sms received in name of/as md-portea). Even after sending e mail on 30th may 2017 to said company [protected]@portea.com, these people are disturbing me. Even after several requests they have not stopped sending sms. I have called them on their number
[protected] and requested several times and today too.
Before e mail i have several times requested not to send massages. Finally in anger i have said some bad words too thinking that atleast they will stop sms but they did not.
I wish to file a case against this company by trai for harassment and panalty and punishment
