Cable operator does not give freedom to customer to select channels they divided the fixed no. Of channels in 6 different categories customer are only select only pack which is selected by cable operator not by consumer. They have minimum 270 pack and maximum 520 pack. That is not affordable for consumer. These companies are charges this pack like eg-den, hathway etc. And dth service providers are charges 18℅gst extra tax. For paying the price of channel. I have demanded Marathi regional pack but they have not provided. completely disappointing service by service provider. Customer care not responding .
