Trai — excess billing on my mobile no [protected]

Dear sir i received my sept bill for my no’s [protected] and it was 1709 against 295 which is bill for last 10 years. I went to vodafone store on 30th sept 2019 and met mr mahadev. He said there were 2 calls paid on isd for that that charge is there. The number on which these calls are made were at [protected] which is at solomon island. Mr. Mahadev checked the number on my mobile it was there. It clearly showed spam. He did not check the call records anyway there exist none. He said he will escalate the mater to his higher ups and i will receive a cali next 2 days. So acomplainnos. 4-[protected] was registered and i keep getting calls. But they really not listerning to prove that this is a valid call. I have told them these calls i have not done as it is a spam number and at solomon island no one can make a call as my phone will be hacked etc etc, but they like parrot re chanting this is correct billing.

I have told them since being a technology company all calls can be verified. Please atleast verify the call. But they seems not to be listerning/

Sir i want to file a complain against this company for cheating me and overcharging me for calls which have not happened and these call cannot be made from any phone, and they te not checking for their incompetences.
