I am a videocon d2h (taken over by Dish TV) user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 1 & 1/2 month, i am facing number Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions. event i am not able to change plan.
their customer care number are not working. nobody replying over the email. call so many times and sent email also on below contact numbers and email id (which are on their website - https://www.d2h.com/contact.php):-

These kind of issues happened from Feb 2019.
As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for a long time and no response on call back request. most of the number are not exist. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.
Now it is not tolerable, even I don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money. I want my money back that I invested in recharge.
I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h (dish tv). Was this information helpful? |
