Trai — fastway set box suriya cable not given any receipt to all customers

I would like to inform you that in my locality fastway set box cable operator is very fraud with respect package and charges. Suriya cable not given any receipt of payment to all customers. I have complaint to the customer care of fastway but thay are not take any action on behalf of suriya cable
Kindly check all fraud and clear all problem regarding receipts
