Complaint marked as Resolved Refund awaiting since 52 days from GTPL internet connection service provider.
April. However due to society rules wiring was not permissible and I had to cancel the purchase.
As per the GTPL policy, refund should be received within 45days. However it has been nearly 52days. I have not received any refund.
I have done email + phone follow ups with them but they are promising future dates.
My registered mobile number with GTPL is 9898241928.
I am attaching my payment receipt of 3400 below.
Please do the needful
