Trai — harassment faced while activation of new pack

I am a customer of airtel dth, consumer no [protected]. As per new trai
Guidelines i selected my new pack on 24.02.2019, scanned qr code and
Sent sms to [protected]. I received a message that my sms has been
Received by airtel dth and my pack will be activated shortly but from
That day on wards my pack has not been activated. I have repeated the
Process twice but no satisfactory result has been received yet. I even
Talked to the customer care executives but they are unable to answer
Me satisfactorily.
