I spoke to dishtv customer support today and complained about my inability to select the channels i want to watch from their official web site www.dishtv.in despite several attempts.
The complaint number given to me is[protected] which they refused to sms me on my registered mobile number [protected].
The problem i am facing is that i cannot submit the channels i have selected. Their website does not respond when i click on the submit button.
I shall be grateful if trai takes up my case with dishtv as soon as possible and held me resolve the problem. Was this information helpful? |

However, if you're trying to select the channels/packs as per the TRAI guidelines, we would suggest you to send a mail at [protected]@dishtv.in along with the list of channels/packs which you want to select, our team will help you with the same.
