Trai — idea cellular change my plans without my consulting

Dear sir/madam, i am manoj kumar, ghaziabad, uttarpradesh, india. I am the user of idea mobile number [protected], when i change my operator idea company tell me that your outgoing call for life time is 25 paise per minute. But after 18 month company change my plans company now charge 1.2 rppees per minute. I talk to company many time but they are not ready to heair anything.

I want to know what is this. That is the missselling. Pls tell me.
