Trai — idea cellular deactivate my lifetime validity sim having more than 20 talktime

I have been using my idea number([protected]) since more than 15 years and also recharged with lifetime validity when that offer was introduced by company itself may be 10 years back but my number is now deactivated due to validity issue, though I have more than 20 rupees in my idea sim which can be used as talktime and according to TRAI rule if you have more than 20 rupees in your account than that number cannot be deactivated but still my number has been deactivated by Idea Cellular, I need to know the reason, WHY?

Company itself breaking the trust of their customers as when I spoke with Customer care executive regarding this issue, he guided me to recharge with 398 rupees to get 84 days validity and when I asked him for assurity that if I recharge with 398 then can Idea assure me that this policy will not expire before 84 days or if any new rule will be signed during that period like not more than 1 month validity will work on any number with any recharge then who will be responsible??

He didn't answered on this and was silent for quite long...

Please help me to get my number back with lifetime validity as company took money from my pocket to avail this service and commitments are not subject to change once signed or availed in business.
