This is with regard to the issue with idea cellular bill generation.
There are 4 issues.
1. I changed my bill plan which is not updated.
2. The bill amount generated wrongly. Charges are put for incoming calls
3. Raised issue couple of times. But no one is resolving the issue and closing my case with out my consent.

4. Charging very high rates for international calls after taking advance.
No one is willing to contact or address. The saddest part is that i cannot raise issues regarding billing from app or website using my account.
They are telling lies that they contacted me. How can they contact me on disconnected number?
I want to resolve the issue and no one from idea team is interested in resolving the issue.
Now they disconnected my number without warning.
