I had raised a request c1-[protected] on jun 19th for demographic change and i got update as it’ll be resolving within 3 working days, but still it has net yet resolved. After that i had called customer care so many times more than 5 times but no use of that, still my request is not yet resolved. Every time customer care executives were asked for 24 hrs of time to resolve the issue, but it is never happened after more than 5 times of escalations also. By seeing all these i can undersign how your team is working. And there is some extra charges in my bill as well for unnecessary things. What ever i complain by calling customer care always they are telling that they will be taking feedback, but no use of taking feedbacks as they are simply telling that they will be taking feedback and there is no progress.
Again on 15th of july i had called and spoke with shiva prasad, he claimed him self as he is the supervisor and he literally begged me to provide 24hrs of time to resolve the issue, first i had not at all accepted and he started begging to give 24hrs of time at finally i had accepted and he assured me he will be following up on this personally and will provide the resolution but till now i haven’t heard anything.
Today (17th july) again i have called and i asked customer care executive to transfer the call to supervisor, again they have started asking 24hrs of time to resolve the issue by escalating this one more time, what is the use of escalating the same issue again and again as there is no proper resolution when escalated last time?
I have asked to transfer the call to next level and deepa came in to picture and again she started asking for 24hrs of time, how many 24hrs of time but i’ve not accepted in between the conversation call got disconnected, not sure how and i didn’t got any call back from your side.
How many 24hrs of time do you want to resolve 1 issue?
How many times will be escalating the same issue?
I’ve to move out of your network but i’ve migrated to this network recently i should complete 90 days to move out, thats why i’m not able to migrate and waiting for 90th day. Was this information helpful? |
