Myself ramesh sundarraj d, i had purchased an idea poatpaid bearing the no. [protected] and when i was using the no i was prompt in making payment every month promptly and i had surrender the sim before 2 yrs by making call to the customer care of idea for closure amount and as said by the telecaller i had paid the balance amount for closure. At the same time i had enquired about the caution deposit which i have given at the time of availing the sim. The customer care executive said tat i will get a dd in 15 working days. But still now i didn't receive the dd and they are torturing me tat i have to make payment of 335 rs. I asked them to adjust that 335 rs.in 500 rs. Which they have to reimburse me from idea. But they are not saying anything about the caution deposit. And today i spoke with a lady (Contact no.[protected] and she said that she is from delhi high court if i didn't pay the balance amount they will file a case but she refused to speak about the caution deposit and when i asked about her name she didn't say. I request you to look at this issue and solve it asap.
