This is a complaint against idea telecom operator.
I was using airtel network, and due to network issue, i switched to idea.
On morning 29th july 2017, i got a call from idea customer care, they told me that your airtel mobile bill of rs.126/- is pending and if you are not paying this your service will stop from 29th night.
As they said, i paid this amount on airtel store and i submitted my airtel postpaid bill receipt to idea customer store (Address of that store shop no 8, royel tower, behind shree krishna veg resturent, viman nagar, pune, maharashtra 411014) on the same day (Request id[protected], customer care executive promise me that your service will not disconnect, but my service get stopped.
I called to customer care multiple times, they told me that your request is in pending state, they need more 48 hours to resole that, (And today is 4th day, exclude sunday), and they also told me that go to nearest idea customer care they will help you, i did the same, this time i went to customer care in vishrantwadi, pune but the store executive told me that i cant help because your number is in gujarat circle, go to that idea store where you have submitted your request, i ask him the number of that store but he didn't not give me, he told me that the store is not having number, i had mailed to the idea store of viman nagar, but i have not got any response yet, even they are not receiving my call.
When i call to idea customer care executive they do not know their job, the only want the call to be completed without having to provide useful information or solve the query.
Now, today is 2nd august, sill my incoming and outgoing call is not activated, i am in roaming and i am facing many problems due to this, even i can not do any banking transaction.
