I am anoop c from tamilnadu (State) erode (Dt). I took a new mobile connection dt (15.04.2018) from vodafone. For my convenience i activated call forwarding option. But that option didn't work at all. I made a complaint in vodafone comlaint care (198) (My docket no is[protected] regestered 08.10.20180) they told me that they will rectifiy the problem by tuesday 09.10.2018. But they did not take any action on my query. As on date 11.10.2018. The problem is not solved. So i called them. They asked me to change my mobile handset. It is new one from samsung. I took my mobile handset to samsung authorised servic centre. They promised me that there is no problem with my mobile handset and told me that problem is with vodafone. (I tried my sim with other mobile handset. But call forwarding option is not working.) so i fell they have been miss guiding me by saying that the problem is with my mobile handset.
So i wish trai to take necessary action to rectifiy my problem.
