[Resolved]  Trai — independent tv not working and customer care/nodal officer rajasthan not attending mobile

Address:74/13 PARMAHANS MARG SHIPRA PATH MANSAROVAR JAIPUR, 302020

My independent tv displayed "no signal" from 04.05.2019 to continuous to date i. E. 09.05.2019.
Customer care number not connecting "[protected]"
Nodal officer rajasthan mobile no. [protected] not reponding
Hd channeld and games channel are closed without any intimation.
Please resolve the problem or refund the yearly amount paid to independent tv. So that i can enjoy dth of other operator.
