Dear TRAI,
I have installed two set of Independent TV 7 month AGO, I have paid for the whole year in advance, but after that this DTS is not working properly, from last week i am unable to see any channel from this connection. TV is showing network issue. I don't want to run this Independent TV any more, kindly tell me how i can get my amount refund back.
