After repeated complaints on call, email and whatsapp ss cable network who provides indigital cable service is not responding. Firstly they are activating channels not asked for. After payment also online they show payment due. After repeated request and conformation of package selected they are not doing the needful and due to which we are unable to make payment. They are just confirming verbally that online amount is erroneous but they are not doing anything to correct it.
It's a torture for the client.
