I had booked a new connection on your website on 17th oct, with work order id 6819893. Till date it has not been installed as the registered mobile number is not correct. I have called daily since then on numerous times to change the rtn and also send emails, the customer care executives either hang up or tell me that they have changed the rtn but they actually do not do it. I have call recordings of all the conversations i had with the agents as well supervisors.
Now the installation is not taking place as the rtn is not correct and they are simply not able to nor willing to change it, but only giving false promises. Neither am i able to cancel the order now.
Since it has been paid at the time of booking. Now i am frustrated with entire process and have no other option but to resort to file a consumer complaint against this. Was this information helpful? |
