I tried to port a reliance postpaid connection to vodafone. But 1901 responds insufficient balance & even after paying all reliance postpaid bills as on date.
There is no tower signal nowadays.
There is no reliance customer care to contact (Voice / chat / email nothing works). Even all the reliance retailers moved to other service providers & they are not ready to answer for this. Vodafone is not able to answer why such a response is received from reliance porting & they were not be able to port the number.
As a 12 years reliance customer, i got a very good credibility over this.
I don't know whether trai understands these situations, but in their website we realize they wont look for individual customer complaints. I believe trai was supposed to instruct reliance that they should have customer service & signals until the porting happens for a grace period.
31st dec is the grace period for porting, but it is being useless without getting signals.
Practically, can you answer a village reliance customer can travel to mumbai in order to get a porting sms.
If trai can't answer this, i don't know the responsibility of such regulatory on board. Was this information helpful? |
