Folks, Please see the below emails snippets for you reference from complaint no1 from yesterday to complaint no 6 which started on 6th OCT 2018 and I am still facing issue in my connection as frequent disconnects. As per your engineer also its wiring issue which your NON SKILLED technicians has spoiled BY PULLING IT WITHOUT ANY TOOLS OR KNOWLEDGE OF PIPING LAYOUT WHILE TRYING TO CHANGE THE COPPER WIRE TO FTTH DURING MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS FROM OCT 2018 TILL NOW so please make sure you get the wiring replace and fix the connections.
