We 6 people have been using jio in our house for the last 3-4 years but till date we have never received fast network service. Many a time we also lodged our complaints with various medium to jio, yet no progress has ever been made. The importance of networking has increased in life after Corona period but the network is slowing down everyday. Our children are never able to take classes properly online, in addition to which sometimes transactions have also suffered due to poor network. Now we are distressed at not getting services even after paying so much money.
