I'm a user of jio telecom services for about 5 years now.
From the last year (i, e. 2020) I have been facing a lot of issues related to internet connectivity and network issues.
I have complained about these issues to jio customer care executive's.
From past 1 year they are saying it will take 120-180 days.(now its july of 2021)
And no corrective measures have been taken.
And to worsen the issues.
They (i, e. Customer care executive's)
Had removed the option to talk to them.
I'm not getting any option to communicate with jio customer support service. ( if I call from any other jio number I can communicate with jio customer care but not from my number)
Please take corrective actions.
I'm a CA aspirant and I need to attend online classes so as to study.
