I had done a top-up full talk time recharge for rs. 100 with unlimited validity from the myjio app. I got a recharge successful message stating the balance has been updated but i could not use it for calls. After raising a complaint with the jio customer care, they stated that there is "no valid plan for rs. 100" with them, though it was being displayed in the myjio app and added that the balance has been added to my "monetary balance" and can be used for other recharges (Which are higher than rs. 100). They are refusing to refund my amount saying "once recharge is successful, they can't refund".
Kindly look into this.
