In march i raised a complaint via email to jio reporting that there is no coverage at my residence. After initial evasion, i received a reply that jio will need 120 to 180 days to fix the problem.
In july i reminded jio as i was paying without able to make or receive calls from my residence. I am a senior citizen and the phone is primarily for use at my residence. Again i got the usual evasive replies and denial that there is a problem with coverage. As i am paying bills needlessly, on 15th july i put a request to terminate services. Jio is now demanding that i pay rs 334 as outstanding. My contention is i have been paying without the ability to use jio.
Please instruct jio to terminate services and also produce a call record to demonstrate that zero calls were made.
