Trai — mts mnp number

Sir,
My mobile number is [protected] of mts. Now they are closing on 30.11.17, but they have not provided me any mnp number. Even they have closed all there mts shop. The customer care department also appears to have shutdown, as there is no response from their end. Even the mnp message to 1900 is not going, although i have enough balance.
Please solve this issue as early as possible.
