Trai — no response videocon d2h

I am using videocon d2h for 3 years. Use to pay bill mostly prior of 3 months. But before the due date itself they have disconnected my channels without my knowledge. When i try to contact them they cut my call frequently.. Even i have fried with maximum possible ways. Also with alternate numbers. Till now no response form them. They have disconnected all my basic channels. All my paid channels. Even though still days left. I have paid 3 months prior. But they have cancelled maximum channels.. Even free channels also they have cancelled. Kindly take required action. I am ready to pay 1 month amount but they not providing me a proper way. Do need full
