Trai — Not broadcasting svbc telugu channel by gtpl hyderabad operator

GTPL cable operator hyderabad not broadcasting SVBC telugu channel in hyderabad at Haripuri Colony Road No. 9/3 since last 20 days. on this I try to complaint with GTPL customer Care people but they are not registering the customer complaint as there is no such facility at their end and telling that you contact your local operator and we are unable to resolve your complaint. The GTPL Hyderabad local operator is telling that the SVBC telugu channel was stoppled by their Head Office and we are unable to resolve my problem. Actually the SVBC telugu channel is free to air . Since last 20 days I am regularly contacting GTPL customer care people and GTPL Hyderabad local operator. every time they are telling the same replies and not broadcasting the channel.
