Recently three of the top mobile providers started new rule on their telecom services that was outgoing call validity, we need a plan recharge once month even we have a balance to make a call, many people older or uneducated people can't have any knowledge to do a recharge once a month, peoples who have their old parents in their houses and that peoples in gulf countries they need to call their parents but, after this rule all sim of their is stopped services, another point is when take sim before 1 year or 5 + years before they says that sim have lifetime validity, but currently no responsibility we need explanations at least, so please carry forward this case to the trai department
