Trai — poor reliance jio network in your area

Sir, my mobile no is -[protected]. My name is rajat bahl, resident of gt road, kota more, panagarh, burdwan, west bengal -713420.
Sir for the last 3 months we are suffering from very poor network coverage in our place.
Therefore to make calls or use internet we have to walk up to the highway at some distance from our place and use the network.
Repeated complains have been made to the call center of the network provider but to no avail.
Kindly help
