Trai — Port from vodafone to reliance

Sir,
i port my wife mobile no.[protected] from vodhaphone to reliance its done succefully .& after that vodphone raise the final bill which i paid on vodaphone gallery by card payment.
but after that also they send me remind daily by message. & when i speak there customer care number they ask me take back amount from that centre & paid bill by online is this ok..
