I have processed my mobile number [protected] to portout from jio (Porting code no. Jy678963) into bsnl on 21/01/2020 but my mobile number have not ported till now. So please help me beacause i am in trouble.

Please look into the matter and port my number [protected] from jio into bsnl as soon as possible.
