Trai — provider unnecessary problems

As i was not using vodafone number, [protected] for past 3 months as unnecessary bills were charged and asked for clarification but they never helped me on that hence was not using now they are against me and talking bad on me fromm customer care ladies. Kindly help the needful as these people calling and using unaparlimentary words
