Trai — Recharge finished before timeline end

Hi,

Please come up with explanation why am i asked to recharge before 30 days. Your stupid customer support don't even know their managers email address.

Today it was show next recharge date as 19th may all of a sudden it changed to 15th may. Can i know the reason behind it. The same happened last month. When we contact customer service they have only 1 thing to say "due to covid19 we are working from home so we cannot help you". If you cannot help then why the hell you guys are open. On asking for manager details they keep on repeating themselves.

Please find screen shot attached for same day and details being changed.

You guys are stealing in the name of covid19.
